Last Updated: June 04, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how EduApplify processes, stores, and protects personal information gathered from educational agencies, partners, sub-partners, and students using our multi-tenant SaaS application.
1. Data Collected & Purpose
EduApplify collects student registration details, academic transcripts, language certificates, visa application documents, and organization settings to facilitate applications to overseas higher education institutions. This data is collected solely to allow assigned counselors and agency networks to process enrollments.
2. Multi-Tenant Segregation & Security
We employ strict tenant isolation architecture. Student records, counselor dashboards, and partner pipelines belonging to one agency are partitioned at the database layer (PostgreSQL isolation rules). Users under other tenant IDs have no logical path to access, view, or modify your files.
3. Chrome Extension Integration Policy
Our Google Chrome Extension (Manifest V3) operates using session-validated JSON Web Tokens (JWT). When autofilling external university portals, student information is processed locally on your browser session and is never cached externally or logged outside the official EduApplify database APIs. No credentials for third-party portals are archived on our platform.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. To submit applications, we connect securely with university databases, storage buckets (AWS S3), and notification networks (SMTP/SES) explicitly authorized under your subscription contract.
