Terms of Service
Welcome to EduApplify. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of our multi-tenant global student recruitment platform. By creating an organization portal, registering partner accounts, or integrating our browser helper, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Organizational License & Accounts
EduApplify grants your recruitment agency a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform. Organization Owners are legally responsible for all sub-partners, counselor roles (RBAC), student files, and invoice PDF configurations generated under their tenant account space.
2. API Integrations & Extension Use
Our Google Chrome Extension auto-fill module is provided as-is. Users are responsible for complying with the policies and terms of any external university application portal (such as UCAS or Common App) they access using our automated mapping script. We do not guarantee compatibility with external site layouts that undergo unannounced revisions.
3. Fair Use & Capacity Limits
Agencies agree not to utilize high-frequency scripts or crawler programs to query our endpoints. Our infrastructure supports up to 10,000 active concurrent users. Standard response rates average less than 300ms. Abuse of APIs or attempt to breach data segregation borders is cause for immediate account termination.
